We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at The Village at Northridge. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve occupancy goals and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Job Description

The Sales Director will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve occupancy goals
  • Leading and managing a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales results
  • Conducting sales presentations and tours to prospective residents
  • Building and maintaining relationships with referral sources and influencers
  • Analyzing sales data and providing insights to improve sales performance

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least five years of experience in senior housing sales
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
