We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Director to join our team at Gold's Gym SoCal. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple health clubs, driving sales and marketing initiatives, and developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all employees in each health club, including interviewing, hiring, and handling necessary situations.
- Recruit, hire, direct, coach, train, motivate, and evaluate all staff.
- Manage and direct the execution of sales plans and initiatives within multiple clubs.
- Develop annual sales plans in support of organizational strategy and objectives.
- Plan all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing market strategy and achieving sales and marketing targets.
- Direct the implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
- Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses.
- Manage multiple channel selling strategies as a key player with the ability to be a road warrior between clubs daily.
- Conduct conference calls weekly for General Manager duties, Customer Service Manager weekend production setup and results, weekly focus items, and overall sales and goals.
- Build, develop, train, and manage sales teams capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives.
- Innovate change and growth within clubs.
- Possess a passion for fitness and extensive experience in managing and developing fitness employees of all levels for large, high-end multi-unit health clubs, hospitality, or retail environments.
- Have a proven track record of evaluating and developing management programs, instructors, and staff.
- Demonstrate strong leadership ability in an educational, fitness, or professional setting.
- Have extensive project management experience and the ability to use sound business judgment based on analytical data.
- Be able to communicate effectively with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
- Have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Be able to work autonomously and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a positive attitude and the ability to negotiate resolutions for customers and subordinates.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year.
