The Refined Restaurant Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Sous Chef. As a key member of our kitchen team, this person will be responsible for leading by example, driving results, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Job Summary:

This role requires a strong culinary background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
