Clinical Nurse Specialist - Acute Care
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our dynamic healthcare team in Everett, Washington. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care and a passion for advancing clinical practice and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and evaluate patient care practices and outcomes to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement evidence-based protocols and standards of care.
- Provide mentorship and education to nursing staff, promoting continuous professional development and adherence to best practices.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and committees to improve patient care processes and outcomes.
- Act as a resource and consultant for complex patient cases, facilitating optimal care coordination and management.
- Conduct research and contribute to scholarly activities aimed at advancing nursing practice and healthcare delivery.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of practice in acute care.
- Master's degree in nursing with specialization as a Clinical Nurse Specialist.
- Current RN license in Washington.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Certification as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Acute Care.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in acute care settings.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse healthcare teams.
