Property Manager

Join The Salvation Army Intermountain Division as a Property Manager and play a vital role in providing housing solutions for low-income seniors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential communities, ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our residents.
Responsibilities:- Implement and maintain the procedures and tasks outlined in the Silvercrest Operating Procedures Manual and Salvation Army policies.
- Manage the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual schedule of work in areas such as property inspection, preventive maintenance, tenant certification, and vendor selection.
- Direct day-to-day activities related to loss prevention, risk management, safety, security, and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and complete property and resident files and records.
- Communicate and coordinate regularly with local Salvation Army officers and provide records and reports as required by the supervisor.
- Represent The Salvation Army in a positive and professional manner by maintaining positive relationships with residents, vendors, and Salvation Army staff.
- At least 5-6 years of experience in affordable housing in the subsidized housing sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate or above computer skills required.
- Working knowledge of One Site management software or equivalent a plus.
- Experience working with the Senior Community preferred.
- Must be experienced and knowledgeable of HUD policies regarding Section 8 Multi-Family Housing, and experience with MORs and REAC inspections.
- A competitive salary range of $21.00-$24.00.
- A 2-bedroom apartment on-site, valued as a business expense.
