Job Title: Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team in New York. As a Sales Consultant, you will cater to high-powered executives, diplomats, and celebrities, providing them with exceptional service and bespoke tailoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service.
  • Utilize your deep understanding of luxury fashion and tailoring to drive sales, offering expert advice and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from measurements to selecting fabric, buttons, lining, and all other accessories needed to complete the desired look.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with style advice, alterations, and repeat orders.
  • Grow your client base through strategic connections and existing relationships.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years in sales or customer-facing roles, including outbound and inbound sales, preferably in the retail apparel and fashion industry.
  • Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Management preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
  • Flexible to travel within the region on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to build a client base.
  • Naturally organized, process-oriented, and able to work independently.
