About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Southern California. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving aggressive sales growth in our region.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with ESCOs, facility managers, and end users
  • Sell into the building automation/HVAC controls industry, focusing on owner-direct sales and/or the plan & spec market
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the Building Automation (BAS/BMS) and HVAC controls industry
  • Experience selling into ESCOs, hospitals, industrial facilities, etc.
  • Owner Direct and/or Plan & Spec experience
