Market Quality Manager

FIJI Water is seeking a highly skilled Market Quality Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met across our entire supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure quality standards are met, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on quality management principles and best practices.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of US and international food safety regulations, including HACCP, GMPs, and FSMA.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
