Market Quality Manager

FIJI Water, a leading premium bottled water brand, is seeking a Corporate Quality Manager to join its team. This role will be responsible for collaborating with various departments to investigate quality challenges, provide guidance, and resolution.
The Corporate Quality Manager will oversee the internal audit program for the consumer feedback process, conduct thorough research and analysis of consumer feedback, and make recommendations to resolve issues. They will also provide quality and technical responses for customers and consumers requesting FIJI Water quality information.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US and international food safety regulations/standards, including HACCP, GMPs, and FSMA. They will also have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with all levels of employees and external partners.
The Corporate Quality Manager will be based out of FIJI Water's LA headquarters on a hybrid basis and will be required on-site Monday through Wednesday, with the option to work remotely Thursday and Friday.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the internal audit program for the consumer feedback process
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of consumer feedback
- Make recommendations to resolve issues
- Provide quality and technical responses for customers and consumers
- Provide training on the consumer feedback process and quality management principles
- Track, trend, analyze, and report KPI findings for market quality and respective cross-functional teams
- BA/BS degree in food science or other related science degree
- 5+ years prior experience in food or beverage industry as part of a Quality Assurance or operation team
- Strong understanding of US and international food safety regulations/standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
