Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous individual to take on the role of a Mako Product Support Specialist at Stryker. This position offers the chance to assist surgeons in utilizing our advanced Mako robotic system for robotic-arm assisted surgical procedures. Your duties will encompass delivering clinical assistance, troubleshooting technical challenges, and instructing clients on the advantages of our innovative products. Furthermore, you will work closely with internal departments to enhance product usage and foster customer relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist surgeons during surgical operations utilizing the Mako robotic system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical product and service challenges
  • Conduct customer training sessions and in-service demonstrations
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to promote product engagement
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Proven technical skills and aptitude
  • Preferred 1 year of relevant experience
  • Background in sales or the healthcare sector is advantageous
