Requirements

  • A competitive salary range of $72,310 to $93,579.
  • A $10,000 hiring bonus for licensed clinicians, requiring a two-year employment commitment.
  • Eligibility for tuition loan assistance under Public Service Loan Forgiveness, National Health Service Corps, or Alaska SHARP programs.
  • Generous benefits, including two healthcare options for employees and their dependent children, five weeks of PTO for the first year, and eight weeks of PTO after the first year.
