Job Title: District Manager

As a District Manager at ALDI, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of up to six stores, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a key leadership role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and implement store staffing levels to ensure optimal performance
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results
  • Ensure adherence to company merchandising plans
  • Plan and conduct regular meetings with direct reports
  • Recruit and recommend qualified employees for store positions
  • Approve time-off requests for direct reports
  • Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations
  • Understand and communicate company strategy and core values
  • Review and analyze competitive pricing and product feedback
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external parties
  • Knowledge of human resource management and ability to manage store personnel
