Job Description

**About the Role**

Aldi is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a District Manager Intern. As a key member of our operations team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in store operations, customer satisfaction, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of multiple stores, including inventory management, customer service, and team supervision.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with store personnel, customers, and vendors.
  • Shadow store managers and district managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of store operations and management.
  • Participate in store resets, grand openings, and other special events.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including payroll, sales reports, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
