Role Overview: As a Client Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in partnering with our Financial Advisors to deliver thorough operational support while striving to enhance efficiency within their practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt and effective customer service to clients.
  • Client Engagement: Manage phone inquiries, customize client portals, address general client inquiries, and assist in resolving client issues.
  • Support the collection of information from potential clients.
  • Prepare essential financial documentation for client meetings.
  • Establish and maintain client account records across various custodial platforms.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including drafting professional correspondence, filing, and mail distribution.
  • Coordinate client meetings and events.
  • Ensure accurate client data management in Salesforce and other designated systems.
  • Comply with policies and maintain necessary records as required by compliance.
  • Engage in additional practice management tasks as needed.
  • Represent the firm with professionalism both internally and externally.
