Location: Birmingham, AL

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8am-5pm

Employment Type: Full-time, Benefit Eligible

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain client relationships through regular visits, effective problem resolution, and serving as a liaison with laboratory management and operations.
  • Evaluate client needs using established service processes to ensure satisfaction and drive sales growth.
  • Oversee customer and supplier relationship management through comprehensive reporting and analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for additional business through consultations and site visits to enhance market share of current offerings.
  • Assist the Sales Team and Sales/Marketing Director by delivering timely, professional, and courteous service.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in client services or customer support.
  • Preferred: Background in laboratory or medical billing.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and exhibit flexibility.
  • Proficient phone communication skills are essential.
