Job Summary

As a key member of our engineering team, you will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring the highest level of service and quality for our guests. Your expertise in HVAC-R, electrical, and plumbing systems will be invaluable in maintaining the physical plant and ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and evaluating preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Establish and maintain open communication with employees to create awareness of business objectives and expectations.
  • Monitor the timeliness and quality of completion of repair work orders to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in managing the physical plant, including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, electrical, and life safety systems.
  • Provide regular on-going communication with employees to create awareness of business objectives, communicate expectations, and recognize performance.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, and the replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Select and order or purchase new equipment, supplies, and furnishings to maintain a high level of quality and service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional area; technical training in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing.
  • OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or related major; 1 year experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional area; technical training in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing.
