About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aboriginal Customer Support Officer to join our team in the North Metropolitan Region. As a key member of our community services team, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to our clients, while also promoting cultural awareness and understanding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate complaints and provide advice on sensitive Aboriginal issues
  • Liaise with Aboriginal people, communities, and groups to ensure access to services
  • Develop mutually agreed outcomes with tenants and Housing Services Officers
