Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician III to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for electrically and mechanically troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of commercial food equipment. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair of commercial food equipment
  • Diagnosing and resolving equipment issues to ensure optimal performance
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Working independently with minimal supervision to meet productivity and customer-oriented goals

Requirements

  • Accredited High School Diploma or GED and 4-7 years of similar electrical/mechanical experience
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to drive multiple hours daily
  • Ability to work overtime and on-call as required
  • Ability to attend industry-leading training at our corporate headquarters in Troy, OH

Working Conditions

  • Office facility and customer facilities (including commercial kitchens of various types of businesses)

  • Travel requirement up to 50% of time
