Key Responsibilities- Diagnostic and Repair: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and repair issues with vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
- Customer Communication: Effectively communicate with customers to provide estimates, explain repairs, and ensure their satisfaction with the service experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, repair procedures, and manufacturer specifications to maintain our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Service Technician or equivalent in the automotive industry.
- Certifications: ASE Certification and B-level qualifications in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
- Skills: Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting skills, ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment, and strong customer service skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
