Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Service Technician III to work with our customers to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial food equipment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting productivity goals, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair of commercial food equipment, including cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking, and refrigeration units.
  • Work independently at customer sites with minimal direct supervision, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Meet or exceed weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Accredited High School Diploma or GED and 4-7 years of similar electrical/mechanical experience.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to drive multiple hours daily.
  • Ability to work overtime and on-call as required.
  • Willingness to attend industry-leading training at our corporate headquarters in Troy, OH.
