Position Summary: The Program Integrator Level 3 role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Program Overview: DCCA serves as the primary contractor for a critical government initiative that delivers essential technical solutions and products utilizing cutting-edge technologies for processing large volumes of data. Key technical areas include commercial cloud solutions, high-performance computing, and enterprise architecture. This program plays a vital role in the National Security of the United States, with our team's contributions frequently acknowledged for their impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure programs establish and maintain the optimal balance of cost, schedule, performance, and system supportability throughout their lifecycle (design, development, testing, production, and disposition).
  • Assist in developing actionable requirement packages and monitor the delivery and performance of program-level requirements.
  • Support program managers in creating essential documentation such as Program Management Plans (PMPs), Program Acquisition Strategies (PAS), and Risk Management Plans.
  • Prepare and facilitate presentations for program and initiative status reviews.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of twelve (12) years of combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, or financial management, along with a Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field.
  • In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III certification in any focus area, plus an additional three (3) years of directly related experience may be accepted.
  • Strong interpersonal, writing, and oral communication skills are essential, with a preference for candidates who demonstrate tact, discretion, and diplomacy.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, including experience with pivot tables and charts, is preferred. Lean Six Sigma training is a plus.
