Role Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled software integration engineer at a senior level, responsible for automating the installation, configuration, testing, and operational management of system solutions focused on metrics and monitoring. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, implementing, verifying, and validating telemetry data ingestion pipelines from high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure.
Security Clearance Requirements

All candidates must possess a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph. U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, with a minimum of eight (8) years of proven experience in integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software across diverse operating systems.
  • Five (5) years of full-time work experience in Computer Science may substitute for a degree, alongside at least eight (8) years of relevant experience.
  • Possession of an industry-recognized professional certification may substitute for one (1) year of experience.
  • A Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field may substitute for two (2) years of experience.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in using the Linux command line interface and associated tools.
  • Experience in scripting with Bash and Python.
  • General knowledge of HPC technical aspects, including compute, network, memory, and storage components.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and automation technologies such as Ansible, SaltStack, Puppet, Chef, and Terraform.
  • Understanding of CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools, including GitLab.
  • Experience with Git Source Control System.
  • Willingness to learn Ansible.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in system administration for metrics and monitoring solutions, including Logstash and Splunk.
  • Knowledge of build-test-release CI/CD pipelines and processes.
  • Familiarity with the Atlassian Suite of Tools, including Jira and Confluence.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (Based on Experience)
