Position Summary: The Program Integrator Level 3 role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Program Overview: DCCA serves as the primary contractor for a critical government initiative that provides essential technical solutions and products utilizing cutting-edge technologies for processing large volumes of data. The program encompasses technical areas such as commercial cloud solutions, high-performance computing, and enterprise architecture, playing a vital role in the National Security of the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure programs establish and maintain the optimal balance of cost, schedule, performance, and system supportability throughout their lifecycle, including design, development, testing, evaluation, production, and disposition.
  • Assist in developing actionable requirement packages and monitor the delivery and performance of program-level requirements, ensuring compliance with validated and approved requirements across multiple fiscal years.
  • Support program managers in creating essential documentation such as Program Management Plans (PMPs), Program Acquisition Strategies (PAS), Operational Capability Statements (OCS), Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP), Risk Management Plans, and program schedules.
  • Prepare and facilitate presentations for program and initiative status reviews, including Program Management Reviews (PMR), Quarterly Program Reviews (QPR), and Acquisition Review Boards (ARB).

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of twelve (12) years of combined experience in Department of Defense program management, contract management, and/or financial management, along with a Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field.
  • Alternatively, a Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, combined with an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of fifteen (15) years may be accepted.
  • In the absence of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of seventeen (17) years may be considered.
  • Strong interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills are essential, with a preference for candidates who can demonstrate tact, discretion, and diplomacy.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, including experience with pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts, is preferred. Training in Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
