Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate communication between management and employees by addressing requests, concerns, or other matters
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives and industry standards
  • Support present and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human resources
  • Formulate and oversee comprehensive HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures throughout the organization
  • Manage and enhance a performance evaluation system that fosters high performance
  • Administer compensation plans and benefits programs
  • Identify training needs and implement training programs accordingly
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations in all aspects of human resource management
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in an HR Manager, HR Director, or comparable role
  • Proven experience in the AEC sector is highly desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and industry trends
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, onboarding, talent management, data analytics, and leadership coaching
  • Familiarity with HR systems and databases
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
  • Strong active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated capability to navigate challenging conversations to successful outcomes
  • Ability to cultivate and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all organizational levels
