Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at General Dynamics Information Technology. As an Administrative Assistant II, you will provide critical support to our team, handling sensitive and personal information with discretion and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments with precision and organization.
  • Handle and receive incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Interact with customers, team members, and employees via phone, Skype, or email, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Perform transactional duties, including T&A administration, responding to requests for information, and preparing routine office reports.
  • Alert principals to emails requiring action, and follow up with questions or take necessary action.
Requirements
  • Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
  • High School Diploma and two (2) years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a discreet environment handling sensitive information.
