Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join our team at NR Consulting. As a Marketing Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and resolving technical issues, maintaining business relationships with customers, and supporting program managers with technical issues within limited scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company effectively in situations requiring sound judgment, initiative, and discretion.
  • Resolve problems independently within guidelines.
  • Manage multiple project tasks and prepare and transmit correspondence of contractual and technical nature to customers and company departments.
  • Support program managers with technical issues within limited scope and track performance, maintain, and monitor customer metrics and report results.
  • Acknowledge purchase orders and amendments for new orders and others as assigned.
  • Identify risks associated with contractual terms and conditions and develop, propose, and coordinate for internal review.
  • Negotiate contract changes within established guidelines and support long-term contract negotiations and assist program managers with proposal preparation.
  • Provide change quotations and information regarding delivery and status on new jobs to customers and recognize potential sales opportunities and pass them on to Program Managers for follow-up.
  • Handle and communicate Accounts Receivables issues directly with the customer in support of Finance.

Requirements:

  • This is a non-supervisory position, requiring a Bachelor's degree or having equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are required.
  • Attention to details and accuracy are position critical.
  • The ability to troubleshoot and recommend solutions in a team environment is required.
  • Computer skills and knowledge are a pre-requisite.
