Position Summary

We are in search of a forward-thinking Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to become an integral part of our leadership team and propel our growth and expansion initiatives. This role is designated as REMOTE work.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership in Strategy:
- Formulate and execute extensive business development strategies aimed at enhancing company growth and fulfilling revenue objectives.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, potential alliances, and avenues for business growth.
- Oversee the alignment of sales and marketing strategies to ensure effective execution.
- Evaluate business development, sales, and marketing metrics to assess the success of strategies and initiatives.
- Compile and present periodic performance reports to the executive team, emphasizing key insights and avenues for growth.
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet and surpass sales goals.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance indicators, ensuring accountability.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adapt strategies as needed.
- Oversee inventory levels of finished products.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance the capabilities of the sales team.
- Guide the marketing team in developing and executing strategies that enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Oversee the formulation and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans, encompassing digital marketing, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Collaborate with the product development team to synchronize new product launches with market demands and sales strategies.
- Provide market insights and feedback to inform product innovation and enhancements.
- Drive the market entry strategy for new products and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity overseeing sales and marketing in the supplement or a related sector.
- A proven history of driving business growth and achieving revenue goals.
- A strong grasp of digital marketing strategies and sales methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- A strategic mindset with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and business analytics tools.
