About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our passengers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer concerns and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner.
  • Investigate and complete reports for system complaints, ensuring that all issues are thoroughly addressed.
  • Complete assigned projects and tasks, demonstrating a commitment to quality and excellence.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a public contact or related field.
  • Knowledge of MTS/San Diego Trolley policies and regulations, as well as the ability to read, understand, and apply them.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, walk, and perform other physical activities as required.
