Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for providing a safe, speedy, and clean experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Acquisition: Understand and communicate the value of memberships to customers, increasing sales and revenue.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Provide exceptional service, ensuring customers have a positive experience and are satisfied with their visit.
  • Process Efficiency: Increase processing speed at our XPT's, expediting service and improving customer flow.
  • Training and Development: Complete training programs to onboard to the role and continue learning and growing in the position.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent desired.
  • Skills and Abilities: Physical ability to execute essential functions, willingness to work flexible schedules, positive attitude, and ability to communicate clearly.
