Job Summary

The Leadership Training Specialist plays a critical role in the success of our Leadership Academy, handling all aspects of training logistics, both on-site and off-site. This position works closely with the Leadership Academy Manager and the Professional Learning team to update, develop, and facilitate new and existing Leadership Academy trainings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Leadership Academy on-site and off-site logistics, ensuring seamless execution of training events.
  • Maintain evaluation summaries and assist with quotes for marketing, adding information to Highrise as needed.
  • Gather data for team/funder reports, providing valuable insights into training effectiveness.
  • Manage recruitment and registration processes of Leadership Academy participants, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Complete Training Intake Forms and submit to the Administrative Assistant, maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate catering and food service needs with the Administrative Assistant, ensuring a positive experience for participants.
  • Assist the Administrative Assistant in preparing training materials for travel or shipment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Leadership, Early Childhood Education, or Adult Learning Theory.
  • Three to five years of experience in adult teaching/coaching, with a focus on leadership development.
  • One to three years of customer service experience, with a strong emphasis on written and verbal communication.
