About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team at GBS - Global. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients by actively managing client accounts and working closely with our sales team to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex client accounts with a strong focus on self-funded business, collaborating with senior teammates to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Create effective client deliverables utilizing Gallagher's resources and tools, driving business growth and retention.
  • Support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process, with a renewal target of 95%.
  • Resolve service-related issues independently, escalating concerns to more experienced client service team members when necessary.
  • Prepare RFPs, coordinate vendor responses, support negotiations, analyze and spreadsheet proposal results, and develop client presentations.
  • Cross-solve with clients to communicate resources available within Gallagher that may not currently be provided, such as Pharmacy Practice, Retirement Services, HR Consulting, Voluntary Benefits, etc.
  • Guide and support new hires and account associates, providing training and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Complete internal professional development programs to gain an understanding of the insurance industry and GBS processes.
  • Exemplify the highest ethical standards, promoting ethical behavior and upholding The Gallagher Way.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience, or High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
  • Solid financial acumen.
