Senior Operations Specialist in Private Client Services

In the role of Senior Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in facilitating and implementing enhancements to products and processes within Private Client Services. Collaborating closely with business leaders and stakeholders, you will design operational workflows, identify deficiencies, outline future needs, create business cases, and propose strategies to improve our operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate design discussions and gather requirements in collaboration with the technology team to ensure the timely execution of product development.
  • Lead product management and operational enhancements, concentrating on initiatives that streamline business processes and operations.
  • Enhance user engagement by overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), iterative sprint evaluations, and providing insights and solutions to improve overall workflows.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to formulate and execute Continuous Improvement (CI) recommendations while consistently advocating for the voice of the customer.

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable position, ideally within the Financial Services or Asset Management sector.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, adept at utilizing data to guide decisions and assess success.
  • Demonstrated experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while adjusting to shifting priorities.
  • Experience in crafting and managing business updates for diverse audiences and management levels.
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities with a knack for developing clear and comprehensive recommendations for subsequent actions.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $116,974-$187,158

Alongside a highly competitive base salary, you will also be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, in addition to Capital's annual profitability bonus and a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.

  • Temporary positions in Canada and the United States are excluded from the aforementioned compensation and benefit plans.
