We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager to join our Private Client Services team. As a prominent CPA firm with over 60 years of experience, we pride ourselves on our expertise in serving a diverse clientele across various sectors including Real Estate, Non-Profit, Healthcare, and more.
Salary Range:
$145,000 - $215,000 + Bonus Structure
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee tax compliance and planning for high-net-worth individuals and entities.
- Lead a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Review complex tax returns and provide strategic tax planning advice.
Qualifications:
- Active CPA or EA designation is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of public accounting experience, with at least 4 years in a tax management role.
- Proven experience with high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, and gift returns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Taxation or Accounting.
- Experience working in a remote environment.
- Background with a Top 100 CPA firm is advantageous.
