As a Senior Business Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in facilitating and implementing enhancements to products and processes within the Private Client Services division.

Your collaboration with business leaders and stakeholders will be crucial in designing operational workflows, identifying deficiencies, defining future needs, constructing business cases, and proposing strategies to improve our operational effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct design workshops and gather requirements alongside the technology team to ensure prompt delivery of product initiatives.
- Spearhead product management and process enhancements, concentrating on projects that streamline business operations.
- Foster user engagement by leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), iterative sprint evaluations, and providing insights and solutions to improve overall processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to formulate and execute Continuous Improvement recommendations while consistently advocating for the customer’s perspective.


Qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the Financial Services or Asset Management sectors.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- An analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement, with a strong ability to utilize data for informed decision-making and success measurement.
- A history of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Experience in drafting and managing business communications for diverse audiences and management levels.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to create clear and comprehensive recommendations for next steps.


Compensation:

- Southern California Base Salary Range: $116,974 - $187,158
In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, along with Capital's annual profitability bonus and a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
