Job Summary

The Major Market Sales Executive, Field is a key member of our sales team, responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the major market space. This role requires a strong consultative approach, with a focus on understanding the unique needs of our clients and delivering tailored solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities in the major market space
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Consult with clients to understand their business challenges and identify opportunities for Paycor's solutions
  • Present and demonstrate Paycor's products and services to clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and forecasts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and implementation
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in consultative, B2B sales with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • 4-year business degree
