Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Advanced Practitioner to join our Critical Care team at St. Luke's University Health Network. As a critical care advanced practitioner, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and contribute to the development of our critical care services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, in collaboration with our critical care physicians and staff.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's unique needs and circumstances.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities, quality initiatives, and research projects to enhance patient outcomes and advance our critical care services.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in critical care medicine.
Requirements
  • Board eligibility or certification as a Registered Nurse Practitioner or Medical Physician Assistant.
  • Current licensure to practice in the state of Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
  • At least two years of experience in critical care, trauma, or acute care settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
