St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and services under the supervision of, and/or in collaboration with, the attending physician.
Responsibilities- Provide medical evaluation, treatment, counseling, and referrals to patients.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations, therapeutic remediation, surgical assistance, and pharmaceutical prescription.
- Participate in patient satisfaction, quality, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate patient care and family counseling with public and mental health agencies, as appropriate.
- Teach wellness habits and educate patients on prevention of potential health problems or method of dealing with present problems.
- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner or Medical Physician Assistant with current license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
- Physician Assistants must also have a current certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide high-quality patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
