Job Summary
The Junior Insurance Analyst will support the Head of Due Diligence in delivering excellent and efficient service to clients. The successful candidate will become an integral member of HUB's Due Diligence team, gaining exposure to the private equity industry and developing analytical skills to perform due diligence. Key responsibilities include assisting in establishing and building client relationships, responding to client coverage inquiries, and reviewing contracts and agreements for insurance coverage compliance. The candidate will also serve as a liaison between clients and servicing teams, supporting the transition of new accounts and acquisitions by existing accounts. Additionally, the Junior Insurance Analyst will support the Head of Due Diligence in reviewing data rooms, compiling data request lists, and conducting catastrophe analysis using proprietary software. The candidate will also work with the Head of Due Diligence to compile due diligence reports, identify client insurance needs, and recommend appropriate insurance coverage. The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service, analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills, as well as the ability to interpret large data files and financial statements. A bachelor's degree in business, risk management and insurance, accounting, statistics, or finance is preferred, and the candidate must be willing to obtain the Tennessee Property & Casualty License.
