About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Support Associate to join our team at S&P Global. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering high-quality solutions to drive business growth.

Responsibilities and Impact:
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our financial products, including iLEVEL and QVal.
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions, ensuring seamless client experiences.
  • Monitor and respond to client inquiries, managing multiple requests simultaneously, and escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Document client interactions, maintaining accurate records in our internal CRM system.
