Ignite Digital Services is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team in Millington, TN. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our federal clients by developing and communicating organizational and process solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting, with a minimum of four years of experience in areas such as dashboarding, data insights, and Salesforce configuration. You will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and communicating organizational and process solutions with recommendations based upon understanding of the client organization and relationships with other business units across the federal government
  • Supporting team efforts through task management and delegation
  • Preparing risk mitigation plans in collaboration with project management and technical subject matter experts in accordance with the DoD risk management process requirements
  • Creating and implementing precise management plans for projects with attention to transparent communication at all levels
  • Preparing and updating internal and external documentation to efficiently deliver information to operational, managerial, and executive teams
  • Conducting and participating in meetings with stakeholders, staff members, and project managers to render project activities into actionable solutions across business units and initiatives
  • Preparing white papers, informational presentations, and project plans to address gaps and opportunities in the client transformation strategy
  • Formulating and delivering analytic and no-code solutions

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum DoD Secret security clearance
  • Minimum four (4) years of related consulting experience
  • Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: dashboarding, data insights, Salesforce dashboarding and configuration

Desired qualifications include:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience with federal personnel and pay regulations and processes
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with help desk model formulation/optimization
  • Experience with organizational strategy development
  • Certified Scrum Master and/or SAFe practitioner
  • Experience with Agile-Lean methodology to include SAFe and SAFe for Government
  • Experience with MS Project
