Position Summary:
We are in search of full-time AI Research Leads to spearhead research, development, and implementation initiatives in various domains including artificial intelligence, behavioral modeling, natural language understanding, machine learning, multi-agent systems, deep learning, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the generation of innovative ideas and concepts in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling research proposals that align with our strategic vision.
- Act as Principal Investigator, ensuring timely execution of research projects while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Oversee resource allocation, maintain project timelines, and ensure the quality of deliverables meets client expectations.
- Collaborate with team members to translate scientific research into practical engineering applications, guiding project strategy and execution.
- Provide leadership and coordination for research teams, contributing technical expertise to ongoing projects.
- Stay informed on relevant research trends through literature reviews and participation in industry discussions, disseminating findings through publications and presentations.

Qualifications:
- PhD or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field focused on artificial intelligence and its applications.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Principal Investigator in research and development.
- Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to facilitate collaboration and negotiate effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities to support team dynamics and project objectives.
- Proficient presentation skills, capable of conveying complex research concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in software development to enhance communication with engineering teams.
- A strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals, showcasing expertise in a relevant research area.
- Proven track record of securing external funding within the research community.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work at a desk for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds when necessary.
