Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer relationships while providing inspection, testing, and maintenance agreements to both existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to manage various sales-related tasks, including construction, service repairs, and other customer needs.
- Maintain thorough records of activities in the CRM system.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Follow the sales strategy to meet established objectives and key performance indicators.
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, site assessments, networking, and presentations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of two years' experience in selling testing and inspection services, or fire systems service repairs; candidates with experience in Service Sales to Commercial Property Management companies (e.g., Security, Pest Control, HVAC Services) will also be considered.
- Proficient in using computers and mobile technology
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Fire Extinguisher, and Fire Suppression system inspection and testing standards is preferred.
- Ability to identify and understand various system types at customer locations is advantageous.
- NICET Certification in Fire Alarm Systems, Water-Based Fire Protection, or Special Hazards is a plus.
Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000
