Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Pavion Corp. As a key member of our integration business unit, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strong business plan, identifying target opportunities, and serving as the primary point of contact with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in commercial development and sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Manage CRM data to ensure accurate tracking of accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 6 years of experience in commercial development, with a proven track record of sales success.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the competitive landscape and key influencers in the North Carolina market.
- Proven history of sales success identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Experience building a network of business relationships to create sales opportunities.
- Experience working with A&D, real estate, and construction companies.
