About the Role

Pavion, a leading company in the integration business unit, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute a Strong Business Plan: Create and implement a comprehensive business plan to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Build and Nurture Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage CRM Data: Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM data, including accounts, contacts, and opportunities, to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and customer care, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to our clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Commercial Development Experience: At least 6 years of experience in commercial development, with a proven track record of sales success and relationship development.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the Competitive Landscape: A deep understanding of the competitive landscape and key influencers in the industry.
  • Proven Sales Success: A proven history of sales success, including identifying and developing new business opportunities and building a network of business relationships.
  • Experience Working with Key Industries: Experience working with key industries, including A&D, real estate, and construction companies.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to represent Pavion in a professional and ethical manner.
