Account Executive Job Description

Pavion is seeking a skilled Account Executive to drive business growth and develop strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive sales growth and expand customer relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building trust and rapport to drive long-term results.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Manage CRM data to track customer interactions and sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 6+ years of experience in commercial development, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Strong relationships-building skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape and key influencers in the North Carolina market.
  • Proven history of sales success identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Experience building a network of business relationships to create sales opportunities.
  • Experience working with A&D, real estate, and construction companies.
  • Innovative and self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving and meeting facilitation skills.
