Position Overview: We are in search of a Field Sales Executive tasked with expanding our customer base in the greater Orlando, FL area and its surroundings. This role is pivotal to our sales operations, focusing on identifying new business prospects, managing current accounts, and driving sales growth within the designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in aluminum products and their applications in both patio and industrial markets.
Compensation: The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, along with a car allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic planning to broaden the customer base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction to foster loyalty.
- Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to both potential and current clients, highlighting the advantages and features of our aluminum products.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs, providing valuable insights to management for product and strategy development.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools, and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company’s aluminum product offerings and industry innovations, educating clients on specifications and applications.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, successfully closing sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Travel: Travel within the assigned territory to engage with clients, attend trade shows, and participate in relevant industry events.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Daily travel within the designated territory is required, including potential overnight stays.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the construction or building materials sector.
- Knowledge of industrial metals is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel is necessary.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
