We are currently seeking a skilled Clinical Operations Assistant to join our Patient Revenue Management Organization at Duke Health.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients and contribute to the advancement of healthcare.
Responsibilities- Prepare for clinic visits by reviewing next day patients and completing new patient charts
- Enter pre-visit orders and participate in various duties associated with the daily clinic preparation process
- Coordinate patient check-in/out, charge posting, cash management, and appointment scheduling
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to interact tactfully with customers and establish effective relationships with others.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- A minimum of one year of work experience in a healthcare-related field
The estimated salary for this position is $48,000 - $58,000 per year.
