We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to serve as a Clinical Care Coordinator at Genesis HealthCare, our Albuquerque-based healthcare facility. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a supportive environment for staff growth.

About the Role

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of $34-$37 per hour. As a Clinical Care Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the Director of Nursing to ensure adequate nursing coverage and maintain safe patient care standards.
  • Providing professional guidance and supervision to non-professional unit staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Identifying educational needs of staff and developing training programs to address these gaps, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
  • Overseeing medication management to ensure compliance with company policy and maintaining adequate supplies.

Requirements
  • A graduate degree from an accredited school of licensed practical nursing.
  • Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in New Mexico.
  • At least one year of experience in nurse management, with a strong background in clinical care coordination.
  • Maintenance of current BLS/CPR certification.
