Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet revenue objectives.
- Identify and pursue leads to establish a strong client pipeline.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to ascertain their needs and offer customized pool solutions.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive proposals and estimates.
- Negotiate agreements and finalize sales while upholding exceptional customer service standards.
- Manage the complete project lifecycle, from design and planning to execution and completion.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Effectively manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- (1) A minimum of 1 year of experience in office management and/or sales; experience in the swimming pool industry is preferred but not mandatory;
- (2) A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
This position offers the opportunity to earn an annual bonus based on the achievement of specific gross revenue targets.
