We are committed to excellence and growth, and we are seeking a driven individual to join our team as a Senior Electrical Project Manager.
Job SummaryThe Senior Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for leading the project team and ensuring the successful completion of assigned construction projects. This includes supervising and mentoring members of the project management team, maintaining customer relationships, and managing project-related correspondence and documents.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Lead the project team and have overall accountability for completing assigned construction projects successfully.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor members of the project management team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Customer Relationships: Maintain customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and quality control.
- Project Management: Manage project-related correspondence and documents, including project schedules, budgets, and financials.
- Resource Allocation: Schedule and plan resources to meet project schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Communication: Be the liaison with the client and field construction team to ensure clear communication and coordination.
- Issue Resolution: Identify scope changes, address issues, and communicate project milestones to stakeholders.
- Financial Management: Manage project financials and budget to meet or beat estimated gross profit.
- Change Order Process: Facilitate the change order process on client projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Project Coordination: Manage all aspects of multiple projects and ensure budget targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the electrical field.
- Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines, good developmental and team building skills, ability to plan and strategize effectively on projects, and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
- Customer Service: Committed to providing customer service at all hours and ability to travel.
- Remote Project Management: Experience managing projects remotely with limited site visits.
